Why is the World so Unstable Today?

Exactly why the world is so unstable today may be difficult to answer. However, for most, it is clear that certain key players are stoking tensions with threats of nuclear weapons, territorial claims – such as on Greenland – and other provocations.
Where do their aggressive tendencies come from? They originate in their minds, where feelings of inferiority thrive. One way to cope with these feelings is by trying to compensate by appearing superior.
Even we ordinary people carry feelings of inferiority and inadequacy deep within us. In certain situations, these feelings can be amplified when we encounter someone we perceive as weaker or less capable than ourselves. We may react by mocking or belittling that person to temporarily feel stronger – but in reality, it's just an expression of our own feelings of inferiority. For those in power, these feelings can take more extreme forms – like threats of nuclear war or claims over vast territories.

So, what can world leaders do about this? Meditating would be an excellent start and could resolve many conflicts. Through meditation, one lets go of much, including feelings of inferiority. This leads to greater acceptance and deeper inner happiness.
And the best part – you can do it too! Why not try the world's simplest yet most effective meditation? I’ve been practicing it for several years and know that it really works.
Good luck!
